- Check-in: 02:00 PM – early check-in can be provided with extra charge, subject to Creek Hotel & Residences El Gouna’s availability
- Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon time)
- Late check-out until 06:00 PM is subject to the charge of 50% of the accommodation type’s rate
- Late check-out after 06:00 PM is subject to the charge of 100% of the accommodation type’s rate
- Official photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit are required at check-in for any supplementary charges
- Creek Hotel & Residences El Gouna accepts cash and credit cards (Amex, Visa & Master Cards)
- No minimum stays condition, except for peak periods (e.g. public holidays, Easter, Christmas & New Year…. etc.)
- Pets and service animals are not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed in indoor areas
- Creek Hotel & Residences El Gouna has the right to change, at any time, policies related to rates, reservations, payments, cancellations, no-shows, early and late departures. Please ensure that you review your reservations’ policies before proceeding with payment
Payment Policies
Payment & cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate type (flexible or non-refundable), accommodation type (studio, room or suite), seasonality (peak period or off-peak) and Creek Hotel & Residences El Gouna’s availability of rooms.
Creek Hotel & Residences El Gouna has the right to pre-authorize the guest’s credit card before the guest’s arrival to guarantee the reservation.
All Year Round – Except Peak Periods:
- Credit card number with a valid expiry date is required to guarantee the reservation
- Authorization for a one-night charge is required to ensure the reservation once it is processed through creekelgouna.com
- 72 hours before the guest's arrival, a one-night payment charge is debited from the guest's credit card to guarantee the reservation
- The remaining payment is to be settled upon arrival @ Creek Hotel & Residences El Gouna
Peak Periods:
- Credit card number with a valid expiry date is required to guarantee the reservation
- Authorization for the full-stay charge is required to ensure the reservation once it is processed through creekelgouna.com
- 14 days before the guest's arrival, the total payment of the stay is debited from the guest's credit card to guarantee the reservation
Cancellation, No-Show & Early Departure Policies:
- Cancellation - all year round – except peak periods: A free cancellation 72 hours before the guest’s arrival. In case of cancellation less than 72 hours before the guest’s arrival, a one-night charge is applied.
- Cancellation – during peak periods: A free cancellation 14 days before the guest’s arrival. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the guest’s arrival, the full-stay charge is applied.
- No-Show - all year round – except peak periods: A one-night charge is applied.
- No-Show - during peak periods: The full-stay charge is applied, with no refund.
- Early departure - all year round - except peak periods: The early departure is complimentary. No charge is applied.
- Early departure – during peak periods: The full-stay charge is applied.
Children Policy
- Creek Hotel & Residences El Gouna welcomes children of all ages
- Children below sixteen years old must be supervised or accompanied by their parents
- Children below six years old are on a complimentary basis when sharing their parents’ room, studio or suite on the same meal plan, with a maximum of 2 children per room
- Children between six till twelve years old are on a complimentary basis, for the room accommodation when sharing their parents’ room, studio or suite, while their meals will be charged, with a maximum of 2 children per room, as follows:
- First child, sharing their parents’ room, studio or suite, between six till twelve years old, is on a complimentary basis for both accommodationon the same meal plan.
- Second child, sharing their parents’ room, studio or suite, between six till twelve years old, will be charged with 50% of the accommodation of the extra adult’s rate on the same meal plan.
- Children above twelve years old are considered adults
- Maximum number of children is two when sharing their parents’ room, studio or suite (a maximum of 4 persons per room)

- Creek Hotel & Residences El Gouna follows all sanitization practices of the accredited outsourced hygiene auditing company.
- Creek Hotel & Residences El Gouna follows all safety protocols as directed by the local authorities
- Creek Hotel & Residences El Gouna is cleaned by disinfectants
- First aid kit is available
- Doctor is on call
